The funky, hip atmosphere is only the second best thing you will find in these small "restaurants", it's the food which will want you to come for more. The Yucatan-spiced rubbed bison flat iron steak with tequila lime sauce, pumpkin spiced pearl onions, jicama yucca salad and cilanro poblano chili syrup or the Moroccan tagine with dried fruits are two renowned dishes.

Executive chef Rob Clark thrives for new, subtainable and exciting local products to prepare his dishes. Of note is the the sblefish, soured, exclusively for the restaurant. The fish is oven-roasted and served with potato gratin and local Berkshire pock belly.

The owner and chef Nico Shuerman is a three-star Michelin restaurant alumni. The menu at Chambar is changed twice monthly and features local ingredients. Some dishes do have a distince Moroccan influence given the chef's past experience with Moroccan cuisine.
