How to get there:
From Vancouver drive to Maple Ridge and off turn off on Dewdney Trunk Road until you get to 232nd St. Go north on 232nd past the turnoff for Golden Ears Park. Continue until you reach Silver Valley Road. Follow the road to the end.

There are four main trails to choose from. The Red Trail is 1.4 km in length and will take 45 minutes to complete. The Yellow Trail is 3.2 km in length and can be navigated in about 1.5 hours. The Green Trail covers a distance of 2.4 km and can be done in a little over one hour. The longest trail is the Blue Trail, which is 6.5 long and can take about 3 hours to complete. The size of the Forest covers 5157 hectares and varies in terrain. The area boasts six main lakes and several smaller watersheds. It is recommended that you stay on the main trails unless you are an experienced hiker and are equipped with a compass. Dogs, camping, bikes, fires and fishing are not permitted in the Forest. Neither is the collection of specimens allowed.
