Pitt Addinton Marsh

How to get there:
Take Lougheed Highway and drive east to Pitt Meadows and turn left on Harris Road. Drive north on Harris Road to Dewdney Trunk Road. At the first stop sign turn right until you get to Neaves. Turn left onto Neaves. At the very end of the road is Grant Narrows Park

There are several trails, which vary in lengths from short hikes of 30 minutes and others that might take an entire day. The area is a bird watchers paradise. During the blackberry season, you may encounter the odd black bear who likes to feast on the berries. Bring your bells and make yourself known. For the most part they will not be a problem. The end of the lake is 12 km. This is a great trip that takes you in a circle, which ends at the parking lot and makes for a perfect day outing.
