Admiralty Point Trail

How to get there:
Drive from Vancouver to Coquitlam. Coquitlam lies east of downtown Vancouver.

Admirality Point Trail is situated in Belcarra Park on Coquitlam's North Shore. The trail starts on the south side of the parking lot and follows the rocky coastline of Burrard Inlet to Burns point. Duration for this hike will be approximately 2-2 1/2 hrs.

Within this park you will also find Jug Island Beach Trail, which is an easy two hours trail suitable for the novice hiker and young families. The trail begins next to the cooking area near the parking lot. After a small climb there is a nice lookout near a Power House. Staircases will take you back to the beach.
